Dunkin donuts is not the same anymore, I feel donuts got smaller and over price, Coffee is good and fresh.
Dunkin Donuts has really stepped up their game! I haven't been in a while, and while finishing up a wax close by, I spotted a... drive-thru. I went thru the drive-thru, and when I saw the menu, I was in ah. They offer so much besides just coffee and donuts.I went with a large iced cappuccino with a few pumps of liquid cane sugar. Instead of going for the obvious, I went for achocolate croissant. The line in the drive-thru went quickly, and I was out and on my way in great timing. The first sip of myiced cappuccino was soooo delicious! The croissant was warm and flaky, just how a croissant should be. I was happy my orderturned out perfectly! I ordered on the app. When I pulled up she was bringing my items to the holding area at the door. I didn't interact with anyone,... just grabbed my items and left.(hence, the 4?) The drinks were good and my wraps were hot. Fast service for me. Read more
All of our food was burnt,sandwiches and hash browns. Terrible customer service. We came on a Saturday morning through drive... through. Wouldn?t recommend this dunkin to anyone.
