Doly?s doesn?t look fancy, but they make the best butter croissant I?ve ever had outside of France. Period. They hand make them?... layer upon layer of dough and butter. They are super crisp, and never doughy. Best kept secret in LB. Read more

I wish this place was more popular, because the owners San and Julie really deserve it! Also Rubi and Claudia are amazing... baristas who are great at their craft. The croissants are authentic Parisian style, straight with perfect flakiness and layers.The macarons are without any exaggeration, to die for. At the very least, they are worth a trip out through LA traffic both waysjust to get these. Again, they are the true authentic style.
