I order online pickup from here pretty frequently and it?s always ready super fast. Inside the restaurant is very clean and... spacious with lots of spread out seating. Parking garage is nearby. Food always tastes fresh and the portions are generous. Ionly put a couple of things in my burrito but it?s always stuffed full of goodness. The chips are fresh and perfectly fried.Guac never has any brown spots. One of the better locations in terms of food quality and consistency. The patio is a bit smalland there are usually a lot of homeless people hanging around outside. Read more

Usually this location is not good when you are trying to pick it up. Parking is hard and there's hardly any time. The food... compared to other Chipotle's is ok. Sometimes they mess up the order around 15 percent of the time. I usually go to the signalhill now because of parking as well as food freshness. I will go here during the week when I know it is easy to pick up. Notjust for myself but also when I door dash. Read more

I had two issues with my order I just placed. I ordered guacamole and received only one tiny piece of guacamole in my burrito.... The bigger issue was I always order sofritas because I am a vegetarian, & I found a piece of chicken halfway through my burrito.There could?ve been more meat in the burrito I had already eaten. I?m experiencing an upset stomach now, which is what usuallyhappens after I eat meat, & my day is compromised because now I have to treat this. Truly, I?m not after handouts. I only wantthis to be addressed formally to the staff here because I brought it up and showed them the piece of chicken I found, but theyseemed indifferent about the issue and only provided an apology. No manager was notified and nothing was done to reassure me itwouldn?t happen again. I don?t think I?ll be coming back to this chipotle again due to lack of quality service. I've given this location a chance to redeem themselves but the past 4 or 5 online orders have been skimping on portions. This... was supposed to be a double steak bowl. Food is good but 12 bucks for this...nahhh Read more

Ordered from the chipotle app. Got maybe 1/3 of a full bowl. Barely any chicken or guac. Guess covid is hitting this restaurant... hard and they need to ratio their food?. Trashhhh Read more

Fake service animals are a problem. Especially when the owner has the audacity to carry the animal through a food line none the... less! Service animals play a critical role in helping people with disabilities but NOT at the expense of non disabled peopleselfishly wanting to carry their dog around wherever they go! I am a woman with multiple disabilities and I've had service dogsin the past but I never brought them through food lines. Anytime I was in restaurants my dogs were kept on the floor out ofrespect for those eating. This chipotle doesn't seem to care about respect. I was concerned about pet hair in my food (NOTE: Ihad no problem with the dog being inside.It was the close proximity of the dog where food was being served.) I attempted to gainattention of management by requesting this animal be placed on the floor while the dude ordered his food. (However my requestwas ignored.) Rather then accommodating my needs and the needs of the supposed the dude and his "service dog" , managementapologized to the dude for "my behavior". My behavior?? Right. I'm not certain why any service animal should or would have theneed to be "carried" through a food line. It's GROSS and unsanitary! Not only that, but for those with allergy issues it causesa problem. It's absurd that my food sanitary and health request was ignored. And it's even more absurd that once dude got hisfood he exited the building and immediately placed his dog on the ground??? Let me get this straight...dude enters restaurantand picks dog UP. Dude leaves restaurant and puts dog DOWN?? No respect. No concern! If you would prefer a place where dogs areNOT allowed within feet of the food you're eating I would suggest going somewhere else. I ordered a Chicken Salad via DoorDash. Please look at my photo and let me know where all the "Salad" part of the meal is. I... didn't ask for rice or beans (I figured there would be more room for the salad). But who ever made my "Salad" felt like romainelettuce was too costly to put more in the meal. This is honestly embarrassing if this is called a "Salad". Lettuce is so cheapChipotle! Why are your employees skimping on this? This is the second time I've ordered a salad and it came out lacking. Ialso ordered 2 this time around and they both look like this. 2 stars because it was still delicious, but I feel very rippedoff for paying $7.25 for this. Very sad because I do enjoy eating at Chipotle but this location needs work. Read more

The staff are friendly and the food is fresh. Really good and better than many Chipotle's I've been to.
