During my experience, customer service is good: employees work well, necessarily together, toward fulfilling an order, in a way... which prevents a line from backing up. I order Vegan options; Sofritas are a filling tasty Vegan protein which complements WhiteRice with decent seasoning; Black Beans are a good source of additional protein; my other toppings are basically like a Pico deGallo mix with Guacamole, Corn, and a spice mixture on the side (which tastes very well altogether). I end up saving about halfthe meal. Though filling both days, I don't think the meal tastes anywhere near the same the following day (which I'm likelysaying due to not having the spice mix the next day). Read more

I came in today at 7pm to buy a burrito bowl, so far the last 4 visits have gone great, however today that was not the case, I... was charged $14 for a bowl and chips and when arriving home I noticed I was charged for guacamole, i figuered maybe the cashiermade a mistake, but after looking at the lid the girl in charged of adding salsa chesse ect decided to mark lid with C & G, Iassume this was her way of retaliating since I noticed she was upset that I asked for extra salsa and corn, this is notproffesional and pretty mich ruined my eating experience. Wife's barbacoa bowl was about Half Full. I get it, cost of meat is up, but then at least fill up the bowl w/ rice & beans. ... Don't serve it Half full for 9.95 :/ Read more

Norman, Norman, Norman! This absolute gem of a human being provided the best service I?ve had in a long time. My online order... was not ready when I got there and they quickly put together my order while I sat with a curtesy drink. Literally less than 5min and everything was ready. Though they were wearing a mask, I could tell Norman had a smile on their face and was just anoverall lovely person to interact with. Thank you Norman!! Read more

Not a fan of the workers; they seem kind of lazy, give quite small portions, pretty much deaf when you're trying to order, and... not as friendly as other Chipotle branches. Manager should be hiring those who are spontaneous and offer good customer service. Read more

Came in last night around 9:30 pm with my nephews after a long day at the beach and was served by this young guy with black... glasses. This guy acted like we were a nuisance to him and were messing up his night. He had an attitude and was just rude,short and dismissive. I spent $50 on 3 burritos and a quesadilla. When I am spending my hard earned cash on a meal I don't wantto be made to feel like I'm inconvenient to you. Chipotle is going down hill hard, especially at this location. Won't be goingback to this one. Get your staff on check management. Another general issue with Chipotle as a whole: I use to love Chipotle,but I have noticed in all their sites that the portions of protein have significantly decreased and the rice and beansincreased. The difference is dramatic and very obvious. While this has happened, their prices have also increased, which is justshameless greed at this point. Read more
