This Chick-fil-A 95% of the time forgets items such as yogurts hashbrowns, shakes, you name it. Its so upsetting and disturbing... every time(via drive thru). Ive complained to the manager about doing quality checks but nothing has changed. Read more

- Overcharged $11 - Missing items 3 cookies and 1 gallon lemonade - Order took 30+ minutes due to staff canceling the order in... error - staff showed no concern over errors or time they made us wait, no empathy for our experience - Returned 3 times due tomissing items in the order I was over charged $11 by an employee that did not know how to place the order. Lucky we caught itand the manager took care of it right away. She admitted that her staff were not trained well. That would not be so bad but thenit was 30 minutes and the order did not come out. We inquired and found out they had cancelled the order! The manager had to geton the team to fulfill the order. Once the order was completed we had to return another time due to missing items There is noway this place is a 4.5 stars. You can clearly see that this business has bots inflating their reviews. I was dining in Chick-fil-A. I ordered lots of food for me and my family of 8. We were having a great time, the staff was great!... It wasn?t until the manager Brianna started screaming at her employees in front of EVERYONE. It was humiliating to watch. Igenuinely felt bad for them because it was over a simple mistake. I then went and asked her for some ranch for my nuggets, butshe said to wait a couple of minutes and walked to the back of the office. 15 minutes later, I?m still waiting for her to comeback. She comes out and acts as if I didn?t even ask her for condiments. I?m not one to complain, but I believe she goes againstChick-fil-A?s standards. The owner needs to do better to ensure that their managers do not abuse their employees and at leastacknowledge their customers. I am DISGUSTED in how Brianna behaves. I can only imagine the terrible things she must say to heremployees behind close doors. Read more
