I was here to pick up an order from the app, but they claimed they didn't have my order even as I watched the app update it to... completed. They switched the sizes to smaller sizes and switched the zucchini I paid extra for to fries. Do not use thislocation. It's a scam. Read more

They are fast. Clean. And there?s no line. Also they grill onions upon request. McDonald?s doesn?t. They refuse it. In N Out... burger does it. I like this location. The restroom is clean. Read more
I would be very skeptical about ordering online. I placed my order at night 10ish online and when I got here the guy at the... window said that he didn't see my order. I showed him where I had already paid and gave him the order number. All he kept sayingin broken English is "I don't know, I don't know". So yes I was charged for food that I didn't get. Returned after I saw thatthey actually took my money and there was no manager available to speak to. The cashier did the same as the guy the nightbefore. Other than telling me that the manager wasn't available, it was "I don't know, I don't know" Twice I've wasted gas andmy time. Where's the problem solving skills?? How do I retrieve my funds?
