Pretty bad. I ordered 3 items on drive through and when I got home and opened the bag, they packed just two items. How difficult... is it to deal with such a simple order? Just proves that the employees are very lazy and don't care about customers. Literallythere was nobody in front or behind us in the line. Maybe that speaks volumes. Read more
Not sure if it was just the day or time but service was incredibly slow. We did drive thru and waited a few minutes before they... finally said anything to take our order. Car in front of us was also waiting along time for there food and when we finally gotto the window to pay, we still had to sit there before anyone would talk to us. A worker passed the window several times butnever spoke to us. Another worker finally came up and took our payment then we eventually got the 4 burgers we ordered. When wearrived there was only 1 car in front of us and we were there almost 30 minutes. I mean the food was good and when someonefinally spoke to us they were polite and it?s not that I was impatient. The time we were there didn?t bother me. It was moreabout the fact that we sat there so long and were pretty much ignored while we sat there just waiting to even just pay. Read more
Good food, a little pricey but they do mail out great coupons which will definitely save you lots of money. Check your bags... before leaving the drive-thru, as sometimes, items may be missed. Fast and friendly service. Read more
Horrible drive thru experience. Over charged for and item that I never asked for but felt sorry. Paid it because I am in a... little bit of a rush. To receive the item and nothing inside. Just a mayo sandwich. SMH.. ???????? just poor excuse of a baitand switch. Just so the drive thru cashier and cook make a ???? dollar.
