I come to this Starbucks quite a few times. And as always the employee Dawn is always so rude and passive aggressive. Legit... always look to see if she?s there and contemplate going in. And my drinks this time took over 15 mins. Read more

The lady taking our order was weirdly racist and threw a lot of micro aggressions towards me. I was the only person of color and... I could tell her switch up on me in terms of attitude. All I came in for was a drink but I will most likely never come here forcoffee again all thanks to that lady. It makes me wonder if anyone else working there is the same way. Its 2022, Karen. Usually pretty consistent and reliable, but today I waited 45 minutes for an order of one drink that hadn?t even been started.... Gave up waiting on it. Completely unacceptable, and I understand helping the people in the store first to a certain extent, butjudging by the line it doesn?t look like anyone was getting much help at all. Overall disappointed with my experience at this location today. To start it off they were out of strawberry purée at noon so I... had to choose a different drink. I ended up ordering a blended strawberry lemonade. It seems like this location is alwaysunderstaffed and we waited for 20+ minutes for the drink to come out. When I received my drink it was not blended even though itsaid blended on the cup so it wasn?t even the cashiers mistake. When I asked her to blend it she gave me a face and took another5 minutes to do it. When I got the drink back it looked like it had been frothed and was just a watery refresher with chunks ofice and no when near the consistency the drink is supposed to be. At this point it wasn?t worth asking for her to redo the drinkbecause the lady would have given me another dirty look. If I?m paying for something even if they?re understaffed and very busyI still expect the drink I order. Starbucks needs to do better and make sure there not understaffed so they don?t have crankyemployees. Disappointed with our experience today and waisted $7 on a drink. Read more

Work in the mall and this starbucks is pretty hit or miss. Staff is rude usually. They rarely smile & all seem like they hate... their lives. Coffee is made right 75% of the time. Read more

The employees are nice and try their best to keep up with all the orders but there is so many people. Sometimes they lag behind... but if you go you should just be patient. Read more
