I had a "to go" order, so I didn't discover the problem until I got home. The burger was great. I have nothing bad to say about... that. The fries, however, were not cooked properly. I bit into a few of them and they were cold and crunchy. Not the crunchy asin COOKED crunchy, but rather, the kind of crunchy associated with biting into a raw potato. I decided to just toss out thewhole order of fries. They were all firm and cold. It was very busy today so I can only assume they were rushing on the friesstation and not letting them cook thoroughly. My main gripe is if the fries are going to be a whole separate charge add-on,cook it as if someone's paying for it, please. The fries were a waste of money. But the burger was great. When I go back, I'mgoing to just get a burger and order fries from somewhere else since this location is in a food court. Read more

Was craving a apple cider milkshake and decided to come try out this location. I tried to pay in cash and the women told me that... they don?t accept cash and I could only use the screen with a card. Super annoying when I just want to get one item Read more

Service was good. The touch display kiosks weren't showing chicken. They had to be reset. Sadly, it wasn't worth it. The... chicken is okay, but the bread didn't hold up well, and the sauce is a bit too strong. Read more

Portobello mushroom w stuffed Muenster cheese burger ???? ???? French fries and chocolate cookie shake! I gave it 4 stars... because the burger was a bit bland even after adding avocado ???? maybe I?ll add an onion or pickle for more flavor next time!French fries were ok and shake was pretty good with creamy chocolate cookie pieces! ???? $21 seems a bit pricey for this meal$16 seems more reasonable but this location is located in a mall food court! I'm soy and gluten intolerant, so I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. No cheese because it has soy. I asked for mustard... and ketchup since I can't have their sauce, but got none. There was one tiny piece of lettuce that was about 1/2 the size of theburger patty and two slices of tomato. The taste of the burger patty was good and the gluten free bun was good, but I probablywon't go back because it was expensive for a plain dry burger. Also, their custard machine was broken so no shakes. Read more

I tried to order three different items on their menu and each item was out to include most shakes. They really should rename... this place the salt shack because the food was so salty and I usually like salty food. This was salt on crack though. On thebright side, the girl who took our order was very polite and friendly! Read more

I love Shake Shack but this location has been pretty subpar their standard. I get it is in the mall but at least make the food... properly. On three occasions we have had sloppy food, missing items, or nuggets with hardly no breading. Read more

First time trying and it was delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were fresh and crispy. I definitely think... my husband and I could have shared the fries as there was more than enough for the both of us. The lemonade was great as welland not overly sweet. My husband loved his burger as well as his milkshake. Will come back again when we are in the area. Read more
