I managed my own Sbarro located in the Colorado Springs, Chapel Hills Mall back in the early-mid 90's. I would have never... allowed my store to be ran this poorly. Cold Pizza. Cold Stromboli. Cold side of pizza sauce. Warm side salad, which had noCaesar dressing available. Slow service with no sense of urgency. Staff did not tend to their customers' needs orconcerns. During our visit we took notice that no more than eight people were ever standing in line during the lunch rush.Meanwhile, the Chick-fil-A next door had a line of customers a mile long. My husband's tromboli was not warmed up properly and my slice of pizza was not heated up well either.
I used to love going to Sbarro when I was a teen. My first return decades later and it's just disappointment. The pizza is... edible in a pinch if hot, but some have been sitting way too long, and the counter is an absolute gross mess. Dirty napkins andfood crumbs all around and in the container of clean(?) utensils and no lids for your soda. A person loses their appetite on thespot. The good news, Santa was at the mall that day, so I did still have a little happiness after my uninspired lunch. Read more
Cheese on the pizza looked strangely and didn?t stretch at all. Stromboli was very spicy and I don?t remember any warning about... that. All the food was extremely fatty. Never seen so many fat in food. It was like floating in oil. Seems like they addadditional oil even to pepperoni. Overall it tasted old. Couldn?t finish neither pizza nor stromboli. The guy in front of had his kid standing on the counter. Paid for a slice and no one put it in the oven. Being from the east... coast, I grew up eating this food. This was not what I was expecting. Place is filthy, staff was rude and disinterested. Willnot go back for sure. Read more
Absolute joke. Had non of the pizza that everyone in line wanted. Sent people to the register with no food, charged them and... then did not have what people ordered. The employees acted as if they had no idea what was going on. It's a disaster. Read more
I was here on Wednesday, July 13 at 8 at night with my family, and the treatment towards the client is terrible, apart from that... they don't have napkins, I don't know I recommend it to anyone, at least this location. Read more
Someone new needs to take over. The pizza wasn?t warm at all and it looked like it been there for days. The girl had a glove on,... she would touch the cash and food instead of taking it off or change her glove. It?s been years since I?ve had it and I missedit being fresh and tasting great.
