I came for dinner to go / party of 3. I was greeted by Robert,who greeted me and started some fresh plant based chicken that was... empty for my platters. This place is awesome! i would give zero stars but they won?t allow so i give one...but even that?s too much. worst place. bc the workers were so rude... just creating and overall very uncomfortable environment, and especially robert who seemed to be the manager had bad attitudeand let all his line staff be very rude and snippy. i asked for a plate and she just automatically gave me orange chicken when ididn?t ask and their attitudes made me afraid to ask for sauces that they refused to give me. didn?t give us silverware, gave usdirty looks, made us not want to stay and eat in store so we went to our cars to eat in which we had to get silverware from nicesandwich place bc we were NOT going back into that terrible place again let alone to ask for more silverware. This is what you expect when you come to Panda Express, fast but tastes good. However, I feel as if people have put too much... expectations on these workers. They were extremely nice and quick to give me my food, but the customers inside seemed veryimpatient and rude, and it was because one of the proteins was not ready yet, but I had a great experience. When I brought up my concern with other Panda Express down on University, manager Robert, was listening from behind the counter... and he stepped in, offered to cook fresh food for us and offered new item that's gonna be coming soon (burger/ beyond us) Ladycame and checked how was everything and she was very polite. Came in from Colorado springs and easily the best panda Express experience I've had period!!! Staff was very friendly and the... portions were great too, didnt feel like they skimped. The manager was amazing. Took great care of us every gave us a free smallbox of the new fire shrimp! Would definitely recommend and will be our go to going forward!! Read more
Nice job, Pandas! Came in today, ordered my meal and it was delivered hot & fresh. I had to wait a little longer to make the... super greens, but I was compensated with a huge portion. Team was really nice and on top of it all. The restaurant was clean aswell, which goes a long way these days when you?d rather just eat inside than raking it home. Horrible portions. The bigger platter was way less than it normally is and workers tried to Give our food to someone else. This... place needs help. Order placed at 10:22. Order ready at 11:30. Ridiculous and it was NOT busy when we went in. Will not becoming back to this location. Food was cold too. Read more
