We used Nothing Bundt Cakes - Lone Tree location for our wedding. We ordered 30 dozen buntinis across four flavors and could not... have been happier!! Chris and Dae were easy to work with from start to finish. We did a tasting which was very fun - tried eachflavor to make our final selection. We ended up with red velvet, chocolate, strawberry and carrot. NBC handled the delivery toour wedding venue - right on time! The cakes were delicious. So I showed up at this location to get three maybe four boneless they didn't know the number I requested extra frosting as I... always do the two employees up front just freaked out the woman went to the back to ask the person can we do this came back andsaid no okay this is ridiculous there were no customers waiting one woman there to pick up she did so they couldn't take 5minutes out of their time to put extra frosting on a few butlets this is not the first time extra frosting has thrown theseemployees at this location into a frenzy I will never ever do business there again ever to not be able to add some frosting whennobody else was in the store this is unacceptable trust me people the one in Littleton by Southwest Plaza the best employees onthe planet Read more

My sister introduced me to this place but she went to a location in Denver. I looked into visiting and found out there was a... lone tree location right by my house! I went to the lone tree location and I must say they are so dang good that red velvet issomething magical. I can't wait to try the other cake flavors. Customer service is amazing. I definitely recommend the lone treelocation. I don't even like sweets and guess what I don't even like red velvet!!!! But they have changed my mind! Just got off the phone with Dee, who works at this NBC location. I order from Nothing Bundt Cakes several times a year for work... events, and the cake quality is always so good and our teams love them! Dee was super friendly and accommodating on the phoneand got my delivery order in very quickly. She had some of the best customer service I've experienced on the phone from a NBCworker (and I order from this company a lot)! Kudos to Dee, keep up the great work! For a place where you go get a dessert when you need to feel better it?s a pretty mediocre service. I decided to stop at this... place because my Daughter loves it, from been on other states stores. me, I wanted Krispy cream donuts ???? but I like tryingnew foods, desserts much better! But I got a bad taste with this people, rude, condescending and despectivo towards my Daughterthat was so happy to be there.... if this people are this disrespectful to costumers what excuse do they have to be looking downon a costumer? During this times of hardship for everyone we all try to support business to help them to go back to normal. Butno everyone is on the same page.... maybe we were not the right costumer like most in this part of Colorado, maybe ethnicity hadsomething to do with it. I?ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but believe me, We will not ever want to be at this place, norI will want to see my daughter treated this way, believe me there?s plenty of animosity around to be fueling it more. We were introduced to this place by some friends, and decided to stop by one day to get some minis to go. It's a very clean... spot, and lots of little things to look at while you wait in line. There are a few different sizes of cakes to purchase. Welike the minis so we can try lots of different flavors. The prices were a little high, we thought, based on what you get.
