9/4/22 - check out the photo of the filet-o-fish. In what world is this a flaky, breaded, mcd's fish sandwich? I would attach a... photo of our 10 piece nugget, but they didn't send it Update: 6/30: they still make everything with cheese whether you requestit removed or not. Update: 4/2021: i am dumb enough to order here and they are intelligent enough to make it incorrectly orleave off multiple items half the time Update: still making basic mistakes as of 2021... Ordered through the door dash app. The cheeseburger was missing, the filet-o-fish and bun were burnt. Decided to go the the... restaurant myself to get things fixed. Walked in with my bag. Was looked at by several employees and no one said anything tome. It looked as if I just crossed the border into a foreign location. No one was speaking English either. Not sure who helpedme but she wasn?t listening to what I was saying or she simply didn?t understand english. I told her two times the filet-o-fishwas burnt. Did it get fixed? First two photos are of the original fish I received. The second photo is the cheeseburger and?new? fish I received. If this is the quality that McDonald?s wants to represent then it?s better to go somewhere else. Theemployees and food were terrible. You can do better. Read more
The manager and staff were completely incompetent and rude and purposely ignored me and my issues with the many things wrong... with my order (night crew). I understand that it is fast food, but I could at least be treated like a human being. Order wasnever corrected. It wasn?t even busy; Employees were just standing around talking. Read more
Generally tend to be rude at drive-through window and I almost always have to walk inside to get something that was missed/made... wrong. I get that mistakes happen and I?m never even mad about that, I just would appreciate some kindness rather than disdainwhen I have to ask for a correction. As someone who also works in food service 60+ hours a week I can say for sure that kindnessgoes a long way ?? Read more
I've been here a few times as I work nearby and each time it's been pleasant. The drive thru operator is nice and makes sure my... order is correct and my food is always hot and seems fresh. Quick as well. Good experience. Read more

My daughter and I were going back home to COS, after spending the day in Denver. We stopped at McDonald's because we were so... hungry. We ordered 2 big mac meals in which the hamburgers were dry and seemed old, tasted like if they had been sitting in thekitchen for a long time, also the fries were dey and cold, yuck! I was very disappointed as I've had this same meal before inother McDonald's and had a much better tasting and fresher food. Sorry, not coming back to this McDonald's again. Read more
