Hoping to have some coffee and lunch on 06/22. When ordering, I asked for our mocha latte to be wet, AKA as little foam as... possible. The person at the counter attempted to correct me saying cappuccinos had lots of foam, not lattes. Side note, I workin specialty coffee. I was ordering a flat white-esque mocha latte. The person seemed confused but said ok and made the drink. Iknew that I was not going to recieve anything close to what I asked for because the milk pitcher was set down and left whilesteaming and allowed to aerate the heck out of the milk. That is one thing you do not do when steaming milk. You hold it theentire time and use your hand to detect temperature. The latte was way too hot to drink even after a few minutes. 140° is theappropriate temp. I would strongly recommend either actual coffee training for employees or to remove coffee from the menu as itis not good, especially for the price. It was the foamiest "latte" I've ever had. Unfortunately it was even below starbucks.Coffee training is not difficult! It's simple and fun. I train people in coffee every day. Shoot, I'd be willing to help youguys out. The food was great though, it was really a shame that the main reason I came, the coffee, was so bad. Please trainyour employees appropriately so that your customers do not waste money. It really isn't the fault of the employee at all if theyaren't trained appropriately, unless they were and just chose not to do it the right way. Not sure at this point. Read more

First off, they got my order wrong. I asked for no green chili in 1 of the breakfast burritos I ordered (for my son.) Secondly,... there was so much extra tortilla on both burritos without filling, I felt like I was just eating tortilla. And there was hardlyany chorizo, it was all egg. Not good food at all. I returned to Denver for a medical appointment for my daughter who just had hip surgery. She wanted pizza and I wanted... environment. I searched several places in Lone Tree and found Lincoln Station. I called and chatted briefly to find out if theywould be open after 8 and was told they would be. We arrived and my daughter crutched over to a table on the patio while I wentin to get a menu. I was greeted warmly then discovered that the kitchen was closed but they were still serving drinks during thelive entertainment. I was disappointed and told them I had called ahead and was not told that the kitchen would close. I wentoutside and prepare to leave. There were great looking overhead lights that my daughter wanted pictures with which we did.During that time I was approached by the same employee who told the owner would open the kitchen and fix us dinner! What anamazing relief and way to step up to take care of patrons! We order pizza ???? and salad ???? both of which were delicious! Ithanked the owner personally expressing our appreciation for her decision. It was a slow night at Lincoln Station but I what agreat place. Several nights a week there is live entertainment, they maintain a full bar and the food was delicious! Idefinitely can see an individual or group party having a fantastic time! Read more

The new owners have done a great place with this location. Not only the atmosphere and the service, but the food! They are... always friendly and communicative. Another person mentioned trying the pizza with sausage if you go. I second that, but alsorecommend adding pepperoni. They use premium meats and ingredients on their pizza, the sauce is perfect and the crust is toexceptional. A great lunch pizza at a good price! Their chicken salad on sourdough is actually quite good. I visited thislocation with the prior owners once, but had no interest in going back. With these new owners I have become a regular. Read more
