Overall very decent experience. I felt a bit rushed to order by the waitstaff but it was understandable during a busy lunch... time. The sushi chef was very friendly and asked if I had any questions about the menu. I had a tuna and salmon roll. Both wereenjoyable, though the sushi rice was a bit bland. There was a good fish-to-rice ratio and the service was very fast. It smelledand tasted freshly made and the fish had good flavor. I had a wonderful dinner there last night. For $30.99 all you can eat Sushi it’s a terrific deal! Not only can you order sushi... but they also have appetizers, soups, entrees, rolls and even sashimi (albeit some items you can only order in limitedquantities) all as part of the “all you can eat” menu. While the pieces are small, you can keep ordering them! The fish wasfresh, there was a really good selection and the only thing they were out of was salmon skin. Bummer but it was ok. I ordered 2 dynamite rolls, 1 California roll and an avocado roll. I did not receive 2 dynamite rolls. Instead I got something... else. Not rolls at all. It was tasty for sure, but I was really looking forward to the dynamite rolls. I was not asked ifthey could substitute. This place the best quality all-you-can-eat in Colorado. I would consider myself as a regular here as I go almost every week and... it’s so heart warming when your waitress already knows your drinks and what you wanna start with. All the staff are so kindand overall great service. The food is amazing, most especially their consistency. Would highly recommend trying this place out. Read more
