My new go to sandwich shop. I was a Jimmy John's regular until I had Mike's. This is my go to food when at the Vegas Airport.

Ordered the giant Italian and it was delicious! I used GH SO expensive but was craving a good sub so it was worth it .

Ordered a sub for at 11:30 12 pick up. Arrived in store and sat until 1230?. Other people were waiting just as long. Turn off... online orders if you can?t handle the demand. Our credit card was compromised at this location and we are pretty sure we caught Covid there last Thursday. One of the staff... was sneezing and I know turned her head and sneezed all over the bread. With in an hour of our visit we had 4 charges on ourcredit card to Lowe?s and Walmart! Food was fine? Awful customer service and from the manager ( older white female -smoker) I have never witnessed the manager -she talked to... customer in my life. I purchased from this location via their app on a hot Sunday afternoon while relaxing at a friend's complex pool. I NEVER... request delivery because I prefer to pick up my food to ensure everything is good, especially when it's close (8 min), but myfriend insisted since we were in the pool and didn't want to change out of wet clothes. We both had special instructions (subcheese w/ another, crispy bacon, all the annoyances lol, etc.) and they executed all instructions perfectly! The delivery wascomplete opposite. Beyond rude because he couldn't follow directions and even insulted/cursed at us through text. They usethird-party vendors so I know it wasn't their fault. When I called to ask if I could rescind the tip and get refunded on thedelivery fee, I was surprised while reviewing my account Monday morning to find that they completely refunded the entire order!Definitely was not looking for that as the end goal, but the customer service was something I wanted to praise them for.
