3 stars I love the food but half the time, which is multiple x per day, the food is old and crusty and the counter looks like a... rabbits nest. I usually have no problem here, the last couple times going in they have always missed my tortilla on the side which is no big... deal but tonight I went in and as they made the second order I saw the boy push my tortilla back and we mentioned that it wasours & he actually threw it towards the register which I thought was very dramatic. He easily could have handed it to the personnext to him. It was just very disrespectful. Maybe some adult supervision would help as it appeared to be no one over the age oflike 18 there. Read more

The WORST location! I try to avoid it if I can but they are the only ones doing online orders ironically it has happened twice... now that they claim to never receive the online order even after showing them the confirmation number. The employees are rudeand unhelpful. One asked me if I was at the right location I told him the street address and he shrugged and said ?I don?t know?dude you work here! Don?t ask if you can?t answer like I?m in the wrong. Another person came out from the back and said hedidn?t have the order then after seeing my confirmation number said ?it?s not in my system? and walked back into the kitchen.Both ignored me and refused to help until a third person came out and finally assisted. Three straight online orders have been made incorrectly and missing items/ingredients. This is absolutely ridiculous it?s... literally the simplest task possible to just put items in a bowl/burrito but clearly no one at this location cares to ensureorders are properly completed. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE! We ordered through the chipotle app to pick up at this location. When we arrived we were met with a... manager with attitude informing us our food got stolen. He said he is going to remake while we waited in the store. Afterwaiting 20 minutes inside, we asked the cashier for an update and they mentioned they remade it and it got stolen AGAIN. Notsure how that?s possible while we were inside the store waiting for our food. There was no resolution offered and we left veryupset. Horrible experience and managed very unprofessionally. This is a one-star Chipotle. I work nearby and have been here many times. They are so consistently terrible that I drive 5-10... minutes to go to the Park Meadows mall location instead (which is hard to park and you have to walk into the food court). Ifeel like frequently they don't use as much salt as other locations. The food is not consistent. My online orders are wrongsometimes (getting the white cilantro rice when I ordered brown is a big deal for me because I can't eat cilantro). I'm notsaying this is a 1 star restaurant, but it is 1 star Chipotle. Read more

Well, the service and the food here were good and I enjoyed my chipotle bowl there. It's very spacious and clean. the restrooms... were just okay but not that super clean but the rest is just fine. But the next time I'm thinking of trying the burrito one. Read more

Great option to eat as a carnivore. They allow you to order "sides of meat" ala carte and not pay the price of a full bowl.
