Love the chipotle all over the places! Great food

Twice in a row coming to this chipotle for lunch I experienced strange looks from the young staff when I decline beans or rice... in my food, weird but ok. The main problem is the quality of the chicken. What's up guys? Why am I getting bowls of undercookedchewy fatty chicken all of a sudden? Whoever the tall dark haired “manager” who works days is- she needs to go. She is Careless, messy and rude. I almost always... order a cheese tortilla and she asks like it’s such a chore to make. I know it takes a while to make and I’m fine with thewait but it’s been packed up into someone else’s bag TWICE because she wasn’t paying attention. Been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and i have always had the BEST experience here. The manager Kathy is... actually one of the nicest and most accommodating managers I’ve seen, and you can tell the team feels the same way, as theyare also a pleasure to interact with. Only ordered chips and guac. Quick, easy, tasty, although a bit old guac. Some brown spots. I dont mind.
