Good service as always. Food was great. We have a closer Chilis to us in Highlands Ranch but this one has better everything.
Chilis made negative changes to the food and prices recently that are all bad for the customer. I used to pick up or eat in... at chilis a few times a month, but what used to be $11 is now $15+ and if I want a little side of ranch it?s another $1 as wellnow. I get needing to increase prices a bit, but not only is the food way more expensive than before, it?s also not as good asthey simplified a lot of the meals and removed some of the ability to customize. This saving even more money on the margins. Iwill say that the workers at this location have been great, but the most recent two experiences with the food has been poor. Until that changes I?ll be sadly avoiding Chilis. Read more
Food was okay. Be prepared to wipe down table and chairs. Especially if you want a highchair or booster seat. They were... DISGUSTING! Sicky and food left on them like they hadn't been wiped/cleaned for days. Read more
Love Chili's. Service was great. The food has dropped a bit quality wise but they still have good appetizers and burgers.
We came in close to closing, yet never felt rushed to get out, we left 4 minutes before posted closing. We never had to ask for... a refill on our drinks. Staff is friendly, food is fresh, atmosphere is welcoming! Read more
Food was good. Service was slow but it was Happy Hour and we sat in the bar. It was busy and just the bartender (who was our... waiter) and one other server. So not a big deal. What was a big deal for me was how filthy some parts of this restaurant were. My wine glass wasn't clean. Old ring around the inside of the glass. The bathroom floors were absolutely disgusting. It waslike someone did a quick mop over the main part of the floor on occasion and never tried to do up against the walls or aroundthe stalls. It may sound like I am being too picky but the buildup in those areas were disgustingly gross. I can see maybe alittle but this is years of buildup. This wasn't the only area that needed cleaning but by far the worst. Totally turned mystomach. Could be a 4 or 5 star for Chili's if they did a deep clean. Read more
Started off good when regulars had not come in, but once they did, was ignored like the wicked step child. Drink was going to... stay empty until they left I guess. Finally gave up and checked out. Even had problems with Kiosks and was not helped there aswell. Guess will take my happy hour business to Clock Tower from now on. Food and atmosphere were fine, but service was not goodonce regulars came in. Read more
We enjoy lunch at Chili's because there is a variety of entrees. But we go to this particular Chili's for the staff.
