My husband and I dine out often and we are always looking for new places. But we keep coming back to Pasquale?s. It is family /... chef owned and it shows. We have ordered something different every time we?ve gone, and we are always blown away. The sauces aredelicate and perfectly balanced. If you?re looking for gobs of cheese and fistfuls of oregano, this is not your place. Theirpizza is a work of art. Always friendly and prompt service from people who take great pride in their work. Pasquales' is a decent restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food they serve is tasty and satisfying. Food and beverage... offerings are good and varied and their prices are reasonable. A solid 4 stars in our experience. The service seemed professional and attentive. Our drink order was generously poured,... prompt and tasty. Both our entrees (Her Chicken Parmesan and my Scallops All' Acquapazza were underwhelming due to a lack ofspices, however a small dash of salt helped complete the flavors nicely. I'm sorry to say that it is much more common for us tohave to spice our own food at Italian restaurants now than ever before because the senior/blue plate crowd prefer bland overwell seasoned. Her Marinara sauce definitely was primarily underseasoned tomato paste. With my gripe about the dumbing down ofItalian food for the masses aside. We were satisfied, but definitely not blown away.
