Very dirty..the girl walked away .would not wait on me.because i asked her .2put 2 donuts in each bag ,was only getting 6...they... were going to different places...the girl with the mop, came behind the counter, to get the donuts never washed her ??hands...that was Disgusting..very unprofessional would never go back... i tell everyone Not to go there...sad very sad. In the recent weeks, every time I tried walking in to get a coffee, the doors are locked. But they don't bother putting a sign... on the door! Instead, all customers who want to walk-in waste time parking, walking up and trying the doors, then getting backin the cars and either getting into the drive thru or leaving. First of all today 10/15 at 10a the drive through guy was brutal. First I asked for spider donut, response: we ran out, then... ordered small hot chocolate response: we we don?t have any. Then signature caramel cold latte, response: our latte machine isbroken. Then ordered 2 coffees and a pumpkin donut. When we got to the window my coffee was handed to me leaking coffee. As wedrove off found no donut and had a breakfast sandwich we didn?t order. One of the worst experiences I?ve had at a well knownbrand. Brutal! Read more

Went in today and stood at the front counter to order a couple of coffees. I was ignored for 6+ minutes by multiple employees... that kept walking by. Keep in mind, I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere and I am also a very patient person. Ifsomeone simply says to me that it will be a few minutes I am fine with that. But to completely ignore a customer for that longis unacceptable. I turned around and walked out and went somewhere else. Clearly the drive thru takes priority here as therewere at least four employees helping to man the drive thru but no one to even greet a customer at the front counter. Not happy today I bought 3 coffees, they were put in the cardboard container but not pushed down. Not only did I lose a cup of... coffee it spilled all over my seat. How much effort does it take to make sure the cups are secure when you hand them to thecustomer? Read more

It is always a hit and miss when I order from this Dunkin' donuts. One day my coffee can be perfect the next day it tastes like... it's been sitting there for days. Also maybe have more personable people working there that actually enjoy their jobs instead ofones that treat you like you're a burden on their gate that may make a difference Read more
