Great Dunkin Donuts great work is extremely polite and kind
Derrick at the window is a real jerk. They made my latte iced when I ordered it hot. When I told him at the window he got all... upset about it and even ridiculed me to the other employees. Now everytime I go here because I work down the road I have to seehim. And when I do he does not talk to me and always gives me an angry look. I would like to go here since its next to my work,however I typically will go to Starbucks now or the dunkins by my house. Read more
Decent, fast, got a coffee wrong but still good dunking flavor.
Out of all the Dunki'n Donuts around where I live, (Pembroke, NH) Londonderry Dunki'n Donuts has the best freshest coffee... around. Keep up the good work! Read more

I have been coming to this Dunkin? Donuts every day for about a year now since I switched jobs and it is the most convenient... stop along my way. Every single day I order the same exact coffee, fairly simple. Mocha, cream only. 9/10 times, I?m handed acompletely unmixed coffee, with no napkins to mix it myself. I frequently end up covered in iced coffee because these guysrefuse to do their job and mix your coffee before handing it out the window. Have been putting off this review for a while butfinally had enough these guys need to do their job a little bit better. At least give me some freaking napkins if you aren?tgoing to stir the coffee. Could use a bit better customer service aswell. Happy to say this is the last time I will ever go tothis Dunkin?s. You guys need some better training. Read more
Drive through is very quick and staff is friendly. Perfect for a lunch break from work because I always know I?ll get back to... work in time because of the speedy service here. Though what has happened with the orange straws? They have been switched toclear ones and these new clear straws are really bad quality. Cheap plastic and break often. I assume this isn?t a reflection onthis dunks specifically though I assume it?s the company as a whole switching the straw type. Read more
