Food was good. Asked for a small drink and they only had large. Service was fast.
I'm not sure why we keep coming back to this Wendy's. This is the third visit where they forgot to put a main item in the bag... and I had to drive back to get it. For mains, I ordered a salad, a single with cheese and chicken fingers. I received theburger and salad but they only managed to put the dipping sauce in the bag. When I called to inform them, Cass laughed it offas a mistake and said that they would freshen my fries and provide a free frosty. I didn't really want extra fries and a frosty.I would like staff members to read the order chit to make sure everything ordered is in the bag. As this is the third time, mysuspicion is that weak management caused the missed food again. Out of five items ordered how do you miss one main item? Badtraining. I've worked in a restaurant. It's not hard to check items off from an order chit. To top it off, this Wendy's neverprovides a receipt, so you can never raise a concern on Wendy's national website. You have lost my business. A brand new store! We had the special priced burgers. A lady staffer even brought us mints out after our meal. Seating was... limited but its a smaller store and i think they cater more to the drive through crowd. I will definately go back to this store. Read more
Food waa good. VERY long wait at the drive thru though (18 minutes from when i pulled in to the time i could place the order)
