Our 1st time here. Food was fantastic...hot, rich, good quantity. Lasagna looked small but was very filling. Atmosphere and... decor were great...very comfortable. Service was extremely slow. Likely Sat dinner is their busiest time, but we waited a good15 min for server to take drink orders and close to 30 min for food order, then food took ages to arrive. I'd like to go backfor lunch or a weeknight dinner because the food was so good, and hopefully the service will be a little better. Read more
Amazing experience we hosted 25 women there for a corporate event and it was perfect! Everyone raved about the food and it is... not easy to cater to 25 people while hosting a full restaurant at the same time. They did a great job. Food was fresh and sogood. Read more
Last night was our first time eating at Tuscanos and we were very impressed! Atmosphere was inviting, restaurant and bathrooms... were very clean, service was excellent, food was fresh and delicious. We started with garlic bread and salads (Grape and goatcheese salad was awesome), then mains and finished with some amazing desserts. Ownership works in this family restaurant andtook the time to share in our experience. We will definitely be back. Read more
You will not find a finer restaurant. What can I say, the Tuscanos Bread was so fresh and flavorful, I would have been satisfied... eating it as my main. I had the Hog Wild Panzerotti... With hot peppers, and my wife had the Chicken Alfredo. The Panzerottiwas so flaky and packed full. The pasta was even better. So flavorful and delicious, I couldn't even pull the fork out of mymouth before I had to sigh out loud how good it was. Read more
The food was pretty good until I found a hair in it, which is normally fine because these things happen. But the owner came over... and demanded to see the hair (which must've fallen off the napkin that was on my lap). He then told me that there was nothing hecould do for me if I didn't have proof of the hair. He said nobody in the kitchen had short light brown hair, even though i sawtwo people in the back with short brown hair before we left. He then proceeded to come back to our table and tell me a storyabout "40 years ago, I found a long hair in my food and I didn't complain", all while mimicking the experience of pulling outthis 20inch piece of hair, at which point I lost any appetite that remained. "The hair won't kill you, I promise" is anotherthing he said to justify my experience. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.. in fact this ifthe first 1 star review I have ever left for any establishment. I felt utterly humiliated and disrespected by the owner. On topof that, our server was having a lot of trouble with our bills, and when we told her we were on a time crunch, she said "I alsohave somewhere to be". Just absolutely appalling service. A true let down to all of the wonderful things we had heard about thisplace. Read more
As always this is a fantastic place to eat. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms! They are one of my favourites.

We ordered at 6:46pm, and got our food at 7:58pm. They were rude when we asked if we could have an idea of how much longer after... 45mins. They had to change one of our meals, twice. They didn't know their specialty drinks though it says to ask. Two serverswalked into eachother. They added a 15% tip. The food was good and they kept our water full most of the time. Read more
