I?ve been to TnT Tabanca for a few times now and they hit the spot each and every time. It?s a small business owned by a... couple, Arun and Wendy, they are really welcoming and sweet. Portions are great for the price you pay. I?ve tried a lot ofthings from their menu but Doubles, Goat curry and Buss-up Shut Roti are my favourites. The taste in their food is magical, Ihave not been able to find the same taste anywhere else in Canada. They moved to a new location recently, which offers you adine-in option as well. Best Caribbean restaurant in the city! I went here for the doubles and I was not disappointed. They were perfectly seasoned. The... jerk chicken was juicy and the sauce was delicious. The chicken roti was full of flavour. The plantains are unlike any I've hadbefore. To top it all off the service was amazing and the staff were friendly and inviting. I?ve tried the place out 3 times (twice when they were on Dundas, and 3rd time at their current location). All 3 times I?ve... gotten the same results. They have so much potential and I?m glad they are open to feedback, the owners are a nice very customerfriendly couple and even if the food wasn?t there for me I will have to give them credit for the outstanding customer servicethey have given me each time I ordered food from them. For religious reasons I can?t eat halal meat so I?ve only tried thevegetarian options (I hope you can offer Non-halal meat as an alternative to halal meat to be more inclusive of customers fromother religious denominations). The vegetarian curries and the doubles tasted very bland, lack of seasoning (salt, Cumin etc).Once the seasoning problem has been fixed I will be a repeat customer. Read more

Love this place! We?ve been ordering roti and doubles from Wendy and Arun for a while now, and we?re always happy with what we... get. They do have to cater to the masses, so if you like your food extra salty/flavourful you may have to add a little bit, butunderstandable because you can?t please every palate and it?s easier to add than to take away. Overall, we have never beendisappointed and they?ve only gotten better as time has passed. They are also very lovely people, and it?s nice to know you?resupporting good people! Finally some decent doubles in London! Clearly these doubles are freshly made and NOT heated up by a microwave like other... Caribbean restaurants in London. Good authentic southern Trinidad flavors. Lots of other local foods and snacks to choose from.As for the doubles, the Bara size is fair, not overly oily, plenty of Channa, and good accompaniments. You can really tell thatthey put in that old school effort and care when you taste their food. If you live in London, there's no need to drive to theGTA anymore for decent doubles.
