This location is chintzy. Just got a bagel from drive through with just butter toasted. Barely any butter, go back inside (who... wants to eat a dry bagel) firstly I?m accused of coming from another location, get past that hump. Get the bagel remade?.guesswhat. Dry with a hint of butter. There?s one guy that works here and he?s great always has been. But all these other employeesact as if it?s personal. Anyways my replacement bagel went into the garbage and I?ll never return to this location. Who needsthe attitude when trying to correct an item. I?m at the point with Tim hortons as a whole that I wish there were more options togo to for coffee and snacks. Nothing but downhill over the last few years. Read more

This location unlike the other timmies are not overrun by homeless ppl. But still this location does not have the right amount... of staff and therefore service is slow. There should be no excuses McDonald's is never short of staff. Also, none of theMcDonald's have homeless ppl in and around them like we see with timmies Read more

Took 10 min for 1 wrap. With 2 orders on the screen...... sandwich person just left station ignored order. Had to ask for it to... be made....Asked if there was extra sauce and was very little. Had plenty of staff. Annoyed. Read more

This is consistently the worst Tim Hortons I have been to in every aspect. Turnover is ridiculous so always new staff who aren?t... trained on the basic functions. Overcharged often, long delays, most disengaged and patronizing ?leadership? I have seen in sometime. Find other jobs. You aren?t very good at this one. Read more

Extremely tight drive through. Extremely slow drive through. Staff seems nice, but SLOW. Orders messed up at window. "Its only a... coffee and muffin." Very bad morning experience when your in a rush. Have been part of a several car reverse out departure fromdrive through from advancement being to slow. TIM'S. Time for some adjustments. Grind some curbs and install another intercom. Read more

This location gets quite busy but it's not nearly big enough to handle the traffic. The lineup if people is often out the door... as there's a tiny bit of room inside to form a line and the drive through lineup begins half a block down York street. Read more
