The staff here are wonderful. I was having difficulty with my Google pay and had $3 and change still owing on my order. After... wrestling with the app for a while one of the servers, not sure if he was a manager or not, but he realized my difficulty andpaid the remaining balance for me. I cried. A little from shame, a little from frustration, and most definitely there were tearsthere of gratitude. You are too kind, thank-you. I'll be back...with my Google pay problem sorted. Read more
The most horrible workers ever!! I went there with some friends whose first language it?s not English, which is why they were... slow at answering when ordering. They asked the cashier to repeat what he said because he was talking to fast for them tounderstand and he yelled at them instead of just repeating slowly. Inconsistent. Service quality and accuracy greatly depends on who is working. Pros: There is one middle-aged cashier who... normally works the inside register in the mornings during the week who is extremely friendly and who consistently gets my ordersbang on. Always the best drinks when she makes them. I wish I knew her name to give her credit. She deserves a raise no matterhow much she makes. She's a delight. Cons: There's another cashier there who has messed up my orders every single time I go in.Honest to goodness every single time, no exaggeration. She has also shorted me on change by a long shot. She's definitely notinterested in pretending to be friendly. I'm not unsympathetic, I know fast food employees are taken advantage of and areoverworked and aren't paid enough to care, but there's got to be some kind of minimum standard. . Management must not be doingtheir jobs when it comes to training. If it's those two I know right away my order will be correct, or wrong (depending on whichone is taking it) guaranteed. I get any employee other than those two it truly is a 50/50 chance on whether the order will getfilled accurately regardless of what it is. Service here is usually quite fast, not always so with the drive thru. I have found this location usually has some food options... that the other locations don't feature, like some donuts. Otherwise not a bad location! Read more
