I pulled in to park at this location today. Limited parking already, a group of unproductive people had their lawn chairs (and... the car) taking up two spots. Sitting and talking with foul language around my kids. Wouldn?t even move when they saw me eyeingthe spot. Got out and asked them all kindly to move so I could pull in as there was no other spot. They all rolled their eyes,but moved. This location needs to make it clear that although their purchasing coffee, they can?t take up spots so they can sitand talk. Extremely rude. Pretty fast location, parking lot is always very busy. Sometimes there are some not-so-nice looking patrons hanging out outside... the store, but generally feel it's a safe place to be. Basically zero dine in restaurant seating right now. Take out is fast Read more

Shout out to the women who we (myself and my partner) interacted with this evening during my visit to this location! Yolanda did... everything possible to make our order into combos smiling away as we talked her ear off, while the supervisor made a salad forthe ages. Never have we seen such dedication to the appearance and quality of a salad, especially in a fast food establishment!*see photo for proof of purchase&care* A third employee handled the fancy drinks and handled an awkward driver at the windowlike a pro as she continued to address our needs, also with an excellent attitude. Wish I took a photo, because at the end, theyhuddled together in the most adorable fashion to say goodnight to us as we thanked them for their help as we left. Literallypicture perfect! Although it was nearing closing time, these fantastic employees kept up appearances and gave immaculateservice. I've noticed a big improvement in service and product since the newest hires for the morning shifts, they are so quickand knowledgeable and also tend to make effort to engage in a conversation or jokes. Due to the amazingly fun and positiveattitudes, food and drinks are beyond compare to the vast locations across the country, because everything is made with love andrespect. I don't get out much due to disability and this place is pretty close to me. The staff are so great, it gives me extraconfidence to get out and about, if only to have a minute to laugh with them or just grab an extra delicious treat to enjoy athome.
