Two times now I have given them twenty dollars and both times I have been given the wrong change back. The first time it was a... couple of dollars and today ten dollars. The lady denies giving wrong change or says it is more then what was shown on thescreen. I used to go there but after today I will not be returning to this location. The customer service is unacceptable. I decided to treat myself before I went to work, with a cup of Tim Hortons Coffee. I would... normally drive however this morning I felt like walking. Arriving just a few minutes before 5am. I tried the doors and they werelocked, walking over to the window. The lady inside puts up 5 fingers then walks away. I wait the few minutes, than decide totry the doors again. They were locked so i went back over to the window. The lady inside starts waving cars over to the windowignoring me. I choose to try the doors again, someone must have unlocked them. I go inside to the till where I begin to wait.Watching her help all the cars that just went through the drive through. Afterwards she ignores me again going to the back ofthe store. The man preparing food after I waited 10 minutes had to go get her. Even after he told her, she still took her time.I had only wanted a coffee before I started my day. Something so small that was a treat turned into something I had to put tomuch effort into getting. This is a terrible way to serve customers especially before they are starting their day. I wouldn'tsay I looked unapproachable either, I had fixed myself up before I had to drive to work. Read more

Very busy location specially lunch time, but they serve quickly. Very friendly staff, parking spots are limited.
This is a normal, yet small interior for Tim Hortons. It has all the amenities, and is accessible for anyone wanting to... go. Unfortunately there is not gluten free options to eat, as per normal at Tim Hortons. #localguides Read more
