Not only is it hard to communicate with the employees because they?re so illiterate, but it?s hard to go to this location and... expect your order to be correct. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for a bagel, when I finally got it, I realized they made itwrong. Not once did I say I wanted butter on it yet they put so much that the bagel was soggy and falling apart. They suremissed the bacon I paid extra for though. This location is a joke, incorrect orders and poor customer service is not uncommonhere. The owner either needs to hire and train all new staff, or should be removed entirely. It?s pathetic really.
