Don't go to this location. They don't follow the normal rules of any other Tim Hortons. For example. I wondered if they took... Amercian express as I had to do a business expense for my team. Online is says - across Canada Tim Horton accepts AMEX, you caneven reload your tims card etc etc....I go to this location, order my items and am told ..."We can't take AMEX at this location, it's our machine it doesn't work..." I've been to TIM Hortons a lot recently. ... I've tried a variety of their coffees, and I must say that I absolutely love every flavourI've tried so far. I've also been to a lot of other locations for coffee. However, TIM is now my top pick. In comparison to all the coffee I have tried, I would rank it as the best. I don't think this place is at all pricey. This location is definitely worthy in terms of quality, quantity, and price. Attempt their donuts as well. They are absolutely worth trying because they taste great. They also offer a wide variety of other goods. I believe everyone should go and try it out at least once. Read more
As with most Tim Hortons we visit, this location is no exception. Poor customer service..unfriendly servers and they all have a... lousy attitude. Coffee and muffins were ok...except we could not spread butter since it was frozen. Men's washroom in terriblecondition...hand dispenser broken and lying on the sink. Rust around the mirror and dirty wall under the air dryer. This seemsto be the norm at so many Tim Hortons locations nowadays. Sad really!! Read more
This location is consistently under staffed. Flies are constantly on the baked good with no care from leadership. Baked goods... are not thrown when expired and served to guests. Unsanitary food practices encouraged by management and the owner. If stafffollow proper procedures set by corporate they are punished for it. Expired food is relabeled and served to guests. *Bugs*found under machines that pose health risks to customers several times. Health and safety reviewed by private company thatwarns the store before they arrive so management hides these glaring issues. Health unit should start doing checks. Thislocation should be shut down. Rude staff, always running out of supplies, manager arguing over a $0.50 refund for tomatoes I didn?t get on me grilled... cheese. Absolutely abhorrent attitudes and it gets even worse in the evening when they are slow. I guess they have more time toberate and mock the customers. Never ever ever again. This one needs a complete make over starting with the owner on down. Iassume that because it?s in a high traffic area they don?t care as they rake in the money. I realize the staff isn?t well paidbut the just take the order no need for pleasantries but to go out of their way to be disrespectful, rude and obnoxious. Go toFanshawe road, at least they have a competent purchaser and friendly staff. This one should be condemned as an atrocity to thecity. This is about as polite a review I could think of. Read more

Not one donut on the shelf! Really?! Tim Horton's is completely going down the drain! Inconsistency with what locations carry,... but not even having a donut to sell at a donut shop is a first. Read more
