I enjoyed my Timmies experience as it was very clean and staff was friendly. I found the coffee and snack to be fresh and looked... delicious. Amazing service. They always greet me with a smile and have not mixed up my order yet. There is an older woman who works drive... through in particular every morning I stop in between 6am-6:30am. She makes my day and always has patience with guests ahead ofme. I've changed my route into london for work simply to get my tea/coffee at this location. This location has customerservice!!! Right at this moment. I went to the drive through. Hello may I have a small orange peko and a blueberry muffin heated. All was... good the old lady there hand me my stuff and I paid. The muffins was heated I asked her it?s not heated she said yes . I said Ipromise it?s not was a mean look she snitch the bag out of my hand shut the window then another guy came I told him whathappened he said I?ll speak to the manger I have everything recording on my dashboard camera. We have been regulars now for 2+ years and the new hires - name dropping COLLEEN @ the drive-thru window - is just a gem. Her... customer service skills are HORRID. Not a streak of kindness compared to the other staff members who are ALL AMAZING AND KIND!!!They close their drive-thru from time to time ... So be prepared. Read more
