Reviews for Tim Hortons in London, ON
Sooooooooo slow!!! They do not multitask! Order a coffee? Be prepared to wait 5-10+ minutes. Almost always a line up of atleast... 10 people. Read more
I have worked in the mall where this location is for over 7 years and up until the past 2 years it was an okay ran business. NOW... it is absolutely horrible. I have never in my life seen slower working employees & employees that don?t not communicate. Half ofthe employees are stressed out and you can see it all over their faces. The line is ALWAYS at least a 25 minute wait just to getmy doughnut. The staff don?t know how to direct a line properly & take the proper customer waiting in line. I will no longerwait in a line that long. Add more staff onto your floor or do the proper training. Ridiculous. Read more
I asked for a second cup for my black coffee, as the cup was super hot, denied.
One staff member was incredibly rude to not only me but several other customers. When a customer asked for a plastic knife to... cut their muffin with, the same staff member rudely exclaimed "I already cut your stupid sandwich". All other staff membersseemed to be friendly. Read more
They did a good job getting through alot of people quickly. Enjoyed a smile cookie!
I had the Reese?s Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dream Donut. It's good but the sour from the cheesecake offsets the peanut butter... taste in a strange way. Read more
To the owners: I applaud your ability to traverse the last 2 years, but your Mall location does not need, nor benefit from... SkUberDash anymore. Your staff are stressed out from the chaos it creates injecting RIDICULOUS takeout orders into the mix whenyou already have a lineup of 20+ and a dozen more waiting for their orders. Focus that traffic to your other stores outside themall, in any way you can. It is costing you customers, staff, and revenue. Coffee is good, though. Read more
I don't typically go to this one because of how busy it is, but I was a little disappointed with my first visit in a long time.... I asked for an egg and cheese on a plain bagel, the lady seemed a little confused and asked if I ment a belt. I said no and thatI wanted just egg and cheese on the bagel. She said okay. I noticed her screen said belt and when I asked her about it she saidI would not be getting a belt. But when I got the bagel it was and egg belt on a 12 grain bagel. I do like egg belts but itwasn't what I asked for. I also asked for a blueberry donut and got a muffin, and I ordered a wrap as well, with crispy chicken.I over heard them say they were out of crispy chicken but they didn't come ask me if I wanted to wait or have slow cooked. I hadto ask them about it after waiting a while. I think the cashier was still new at her job, but they should train her to valueaccuracy over speed. Edit: got to the bottom of the coffee I ordered and got a mouth full of grinds :( Read more
