Took 15 minutes to get a coffee, dirty mop bucket at the counter and to top it off one of the workers was picking his nose like... no one was watching. I would love for you to get my coffee correct once. Everyday this week you have messed it up. How hard is it to make a small... regular. By FAR AND AWAY the WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE CITY. It is well known this place is a joke. zero drive thru line at 9 am.Some Staff is so impolite. I go there is no sugar in this. lady goes yes there is.......ok there is sugar in it. These guys are brutal. They almost always get my order wrong, and it?s the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Consistently... disappointing, it?s almost shocking to see how many mistakes these guys can make. They are located very close to my home andafter a recent experience that was so bad, I?ll drive to one a bit further just to avoid them. Read more

Love Tim Hortons very disappointed for the first time in my life. My husband and I ordered toasted bagels through the drive... through neither was toasted or cut. Went back in the staff was goofing around not doing there job. Let them know politely thatthe bagels were not toasted. Gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe the toaster was not working. They gave me new toastedbagels. When I was leaving I heard one of the girls say make sure you toast those bagels to another girl. The bagels were stillnot toasted properly. The people you have just don't care. Have been here many times my food has always been amazing. This bunchyou had working this day just don't care.
