I was in the drive thru and the girl cut me off while ordering. Fine I let it go she?s being efficient. But when I got to the... window and saw how she was talking to the gentleman at the window who seemed positive and trying to do a good job. The way shetalked down to him was appalling. Chastising him for trying to get the order quicker. Appalling how you have supervisorstreating staff. The gentleman at the window didn?t let it break his concentration and he was still very pleasant to dealwith. I?m a retail manager and would never talk to an employee that way in front of a customer. All the orders were messed up here. I understand they were running super busy but not even one order we got correct . After... waiting 20-25 mins we got our order wrong , no hash brown in my breakfast wrap , no extra egg on egg belt . Even instead ofsteeped tea , I got coffee instead . Worst , they forgot the order of my sister and she was waiting from half an hour.Everything screwed up , I recommend to check your order properly before leaving. the place apparently had some problem with the eggs and they said they itll take some time for my farmers wrap to which i... agreed. When they gave me my food they said it had egg in it but i realized later that it did not. Also the wrap was cold andhard to bite. this place is usually not bad but am just putting my review to bring it to management attention. Read more
