Extremely rude staff.the guy at the window can not understand simple thing ‘grilled cheese sandwich with tomato salt and... pepper in drive through or in person.felt time that person was mocking us.this was our 3rd rude experience with the sametimhorton.do not go there ever people.they don’t need customers. Update*** I called at this place to know the name of thestaff so I can make complaint to management but the lady who was at phone,said not allowed to give name and there is no way tomake complaint other than manager who is only available in the morning.she said there is no way to connect with head officeeither.so basically timhorton customers are not allowed to make complaint?if we can’t know the name,how am I supposed to makea complaint and how you guys will improve your customers service?just wow experience.i went there at 3.50pm and called at4pm.was not even willing to give 1 star but there is no option to give 0. Worst Tim Hortons EVER!! I uses to order from there everyday but I had a very bad experience the last three days. A Girl called... Aliasa or Eliasa not sure how to spell her name, I ordered 2 medium black in large cup. Got only one and on a medium cup andevery time I repeat my order she gets me a large cup that is almost empty like not even half of it. Today she got me a mediumcup and after repeating my order she got me 2 large cup but with cream inside. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ANYMORE!! I enjoy a Timmies that's clean and where the staff is professional. Your going to find all of this here. A great menu and always... a fresh cup Joe ready to go. Grab a dozen freshly made donuts, bagels with cream cheese or try a wrap combo. There's a snack tomeet your every whim. Even the drive through is fast and efficient. Good, friendly, quick service today in drive through. Dropped my review to a 3 because whoever was doing drive through today a... male - was very snappy… kept asking “anything else” before I could even finish speaking, horrible way to increase sales orupsell as you barely have time to think or look at menu…. Staff seem nice but for whatever reason this store never has stock. I'm always prepared with 4 or 5 options because they have no... stock of the product. It could be beverages or food items. You name it, they don't have it. Drive to the Timmie's atCommissioners or the one near Lowe's. Read more

Searched online for breakfast prices in Canada for November 2022. It listed the belt for 3.99 figured I would order one. Went... through drive-through to be charged 4.99. Asked the Worker why the difference and was given the rudest response and somethingabout corporate office. I drove away without buying anything. Train your staff better and make sure your online advertisementsare accurate. Going to McDonald's for breakfast from now on at least they use real eggs and train their staff not to giveattitude to their valuable customers. But why am I expressing my Canadian ideals to an American company. Let them go out ofbusiness. Read more
