This location used to be great in terms of customer service but less than a year since I last visited and sorry to say I am... hugely disappointed. Upon arrival and my few steps towards the front cashiers and although I made eye contact with 3 employeesand smiled at each of them, 2 looked immediately away while the other actually rolled her eyes... Could I be hallucinating??!!Don't think so... Nope, it's them, not me... I stood for over a full 2 minutes minimum and nobody even said "be right with you"nothing... Most unappetizing sandwich I ever bought and sassy drive thru order taker made the experience just annoying.
Very poor service. I got a new chopped salad with grains and there were a very few lettuce pieces and what was there were huge... and not chopped. My friend ordered soup which should be quick but after waiting for well over 5 minutes, she sat down to findthey gave her Chilli. She went back up to then wait for more than 5 minutes while the staff person then took the Chilli she gaveto her to another person who ordered it and got her soup. She was trying to explain to him what happened as he did not open hisyet. She then went back to get my friend's soup and had to explain to another staff why she needed the soup while she stood andwaited. She could have just got her a new soup and let her eat, instead our lunch 30 minutes ticked away waiting for thecorrection. She did not have enough time to finish and we had to leave for work too again. Not a happy group working there andlooked ticked to make the fix. Read more
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the worst Tim Hortons IN THE CITY. Staff are slow, rude and have no idea what they are... doing. The manager does not care or is just oblivious, why am I doing their jobs for them, they are being paid to tray coffee.they?re constantly making orders wrong, then saying it?s not wrong when I?m the one paying for it and drinking it? The rims onthe cups ares caved in, lids aren?t properly put on, so the coffee is spilling all over, the products look like garbage, glazeisn?t even a glaze, lots of personal talk and swearing going on at the counter in front of customers, sexualizing women, notwearing hair nets which is disgusting. I don?t think there is any point doing this after looking at all the reviews which clearly indicate there is nothing done to fix... or atleast work on the mistakes done. I am among all the other negative reviews with my experience for food order. However thebrand name seems to be getting a consistent negative image for the lack of professionalism(don?t think all) , but definitely fora brand like Tim Hortons I personally feel this location do need a slight touch with customer service because it dose seems likenobody cares as they know no matter what people will come back which calls for getting way to comfortable with things, andthat?s when things starts to get wrong. I don?t know if this would make a difference but if ever any staff cares to read thisplease understand it?s not like people are rude by adding a negative review but they just want there 1st coffee or 1st sandwichfor the day right which could be you guys as well so please try to put yourself on the other side and then maybe you might getit by which I also appreciate for the hard work you guys do but please try to be a bit more empathetic. Was there this evening and watch the manager treat her employee like dirt? person asked for a large chilli but cash must of... misheard and he was willing to buy a large ?manager rudely said to the customer no you order a regular then very rude said fineI will give you a large?.I spoke to the customer ..you could see he was shocked at how this was handled and said this is thefirst time in the store and did not expect this kind of treatment. I suggest you make sure your managers are trained in customerservice. This wasn?t the first time I have seen that same manager being rude to customers. Read more
