Check your order before you leave - cold coffee, DD is often not a DD, decafs are never decaf( they add hot water into regular... coffee) cups are often dirty. Fast service in the morning. Read more
I have a tough time understanding why only 1 cash register is open for the last year. It slows down the line and you will at... least spend 10mins in a Tim?s line every morning if you walk here. This tim hortons has decent customer service. They always renake or fix their mistakes with no hassle. Restaurant is fairly... clean and staff are usually happy. The drive thru wait times are quick and barely leave you waiting Would recommend this timhortons to everyone. Read more
I used to love this location but lately the young lady at the drive thru window in the morning is too hyper...she always push my... order in my hand..like it's early in the morning I'm still trying to wake up hence getting my coffee. I work in customer serviceand one thing I was taught is to match the customer vibe clearly she wasn't taught this. Overall a decent location compared to the rest of the chain. The people are nice, line ups aren't too long, coffee is always hot... and only once every few months do I chew on coffee grounds. I do not like how they practically throw the coffee at me at thedrive thru also had to stop ordering breakfast because it's always cold. Read more
I went to Tim Hortons today and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered Tim bits, two coffees, and an peach ice... tea. Half of the Tim bits were bit into. The coffee was cold. And the ice tea was sour. This is all true I had to throw the Timbits out, it was discussing and a waste of money. I advise you to check what you ordered before you leave. Read more
