I have been ordering the same drink since 2005. But everytime at this location it changes. Making it wrong 8/10 times. Will not... be returning to this location. So many staff and only very few who pay attention. It's sad. Read more

This location has gone downhill so much and after having a very bad experience many months ago thought I would give it another... try. Work right beside this location and recently asked to get a quote to cater a staff appreciation day. The manager promiseda quote by email yesterday (can't be too difficult to provide) and when we did not have the response the next day we went tovisit the location. On this in person visit I spent $30 on smile cookies and coffee and then asked to speak to a supervisorabout our request to cater. Barely a smile was seen, Jeff was rude to us and we were basically told to wait until tomorrow whenthe manager would return. I think we will go to another location to spend our money.
