Was here Saturday and gave my order. He repeated it wrong back to me. I corrected him and he said sorry about that we have it... fixed now. I get to the window and I get my sandwich with no hashbrown and a double double when I ordered a black coffee. Thegirl at the window told me I never ordered a hashbrown (even though I did multiple times) and when I said I did she continued totell me I didn?t instead of fixing it. Read more

Maybe they were just having a bad day but I did not have a good experience here. The drive thru line up was huge so went in.... Only 4 people ahead of me so thought it would be quick but as soon as I got to the front everyone behind the counter found otherthings to do. I waited almost 5 minutes and finally was served. Took my order out to the car and it was wrong. Went back in andwaited 6 more minutes for them to fix it. Not a happy customer. Read more
Order 1 large mocha ice cap 1 Carmel I cap online, friend goes in to pick up, comes back with 1 med mocha, 1 med caramel, and 1... regular. Was told they had no large cups, we could have a refund or take a 3rd medium regular ice cap. Friend chose take 3,gets to car, we wonder why they look weird, the topping isn't the whipped topping it's some sort of marshmallow, and if courseit wasn't on the 3rd anyways. I have no idea what the allergy content is of the topping but wow, I get not having stuff butrandom ingredient changes and stuff aren't cool. Read more
Overall pretty good, went there for lunch and got potato wedges, 10 timbits, a sprite and a plain cream cheese bagel, the only... issue is that they didn't put cream cheese on my bagel and just gave me a plain one.
