At roughly 7:05 pm this evening I visited this location for an iced coffee,when I arrived at the drive through order screen I... was greeted with ?hi what do you want?? I was taken back by how ignorant the guy at the drive through greeted me with totaldisregard for customer service so I remained silent for a second I then heard laughing and he said sorry what can I get foryou?not sure how him being so rude is funny. I then placed my order for an iced coffee and when I arrived at the window to getmy order he was still laughing about it and said sorry about that again I fail to see the humor?not only was he very rude butthe iced coffee was not made right with little to no sweetness at all. Ordered fiesta farmers wrap, corrected order taker since he keyed in wrong one. Corrected it on screen but still got regular one... instead. Complete disregard for customer service. No wonder I switched to McDonalds coffee when at work since this Tim Hortonsis filled with incompetent workers. Read more
Small location. Nice staff but orders take a while if you order more than just a drink. There was a time I waited 20 mins for a... breakfast sandwich because they were out of eggs. They gave me a free donut for that so that was nice of them, but I almostmissed the bus to work. Read more
If you allow me, I would like to pay Pam a compliment. She is a very elegant and committed lady who is always assisting us in... the best way she can. She always garnishes and prepares the sandwiches with passion, tenderness, and extreme loyalty to TimHortons. Jary. Read more
Great tims. I was served by a young man Adam who was very kind and I believe the greatest example of a great tims employee.
Sorry to say, but this is the worst TH I have ever been! I understand that they just opened and staff is probably on training..... I have been there twice and both times negative experience! Waited in line more than 10 min (not a joke!) while there was only 2customers inside, including myself! The lady behind the counter was chatting with her co-worker and was not in "fast pace" atall...like she was on vacation, instead of focusing on customers! And another time they could not figure out how much refund togive me back for a muffin (that must be very complicated!) - I had to spent extra 5 minutes there to explain it to them (initially they gave me twice more than supposed to). Horrible! Afternoon team is extremely slow, orders are messed up (repeated the order multiple times - they still had to ask at... the window what's in a coffee causing a delay, asked to add tomatoes to a sandwich, paid for it and while getting a sandwichasked again if tomatoes are there and was advised they were but never got any.. And it is not just once but on multipleoccasions!). Not to mention, you pay for your order, sit and wait at the window and then they get back to you saying that theyactually don't have what you ordered!! If you go in, you are looking into at least 10-15 minutes to stand and wait when someonedecides to take your order even if it is just a coffee and there are barely any other customers.
