To be told on a regular basis that you can not get food at 6 pm is ridiculous. I work beside this facility and my co-workers are... told the same thing frequently. Such poor service. Read more

It was really busy this morning in the drive thru, and I was almost late for work (not blaming Tims, I was once a fast food... worker myself) but I understood. All I ordered was a cheese croissant. I finally got out of the drive thru and got to work toeat my food, and I saw a nice note stating "Sorry for the wait :)" and there were 5 timbits in the bag. I thought this was anice gesture, as they do not HAVE to do this. Great service even though today was a busy day for them. Thanks Tims for makingmy day! Read more
This Tim Hortons seam to running out everytime i go in there. Staffs make you wait and the service is slow as well
Why can't ANY Tim Hortons get orders correct....this isn't a massive "restaurant".. this is drive thru fast food. So why did... they miss items and send us with incorrect items? Even when I asked if everything was in there, and window supervisor or managersaid yes, why was it still incorrect with missing items. Outta 4 people in our car, they only got 2 drink orders correct. Thiswas my last straw with this chain, and I will never utilize them for any services going forward. When I called, I was offered aremake, but we were in line for the airshow, and obviously not turning around. I am also from out of town so won't be comingback for a remake. My brother, who I passed the remake onto, was so disappointed, he won't even go out of the way to go backeither. I wasted my money and got nothing essentially in return. They refused a refund back on my to gift card (which was givenfrom the last mess up from corporate). You bet corporate is getting a call me from. AGAIN. I'm not doing this anymore with TimHortons. Every time I come to this Tim Hortons location (which is frequently because it?s the one by my place of work) they always manage... to mess up my order. Ask for extra cream cheese and pay the extra dollar only to have barely any on the bagel. Ask for a doubledouble, they give a black coffee. Ask for one type of donut they give a muffin instead. They?ve started closing down theirstorefront because nobody wants to work there. There are a handful of employees who always work to make sure the orders are doneproperly but there are just as many employees who obviously don?t care. Read more
