I love this location! It does get insanely busy at times but the staff are always absolutely wonderful!!! They are always happy... and friendly and give the whole family attention when we pull up to the window. Our dog loves to pop his head out to say hi andthe staff are always more then happy to greet him. Thank you Fanshawe and Adelaide team for making our little family feel likepart of yours! Read more
Very poor service, specially management, the offer on my phone not available, when asked the manager told to come inside and... work for them!! Another so called supervisor took off on me! I went with 3 guys i support with Devolpmental disabilities at drive thru and the staff refused to give 3 different recipts... when i requested, saying its aganist there policy. I have been before and other staff members take them to the same place foryears and have received different recipts and payed differently, never had any problem. ( each individual is different and needdiff bill) . This was absolutely rude and new experience for me. When i said, ? i need a recipt as a proof to submit to govtfor funding, someone replied its weird?. Again when i pulled to window to explain them i am a support staff and this is how thesystem works one of the girl put her head out ( another 2 staff were talking to me) and said, ?you are wasting your time andmaking other customers wait please pull out and wait outside ? . I am wasting my time by asking recipts. ?. This incident wastotally unacceptable and strange. This is discrimination if the clients i support can?t go together and get things from tim.They have all rights to have life like all other people do. I dont want to make guys upset and uncomfortable and avoided thesituation. But i drived to another tim Hortons near by and they accepted my order and provided 3 different recipts . Probablythey was lazy to print. Avoid discrimination, try to include people. I asked for a decaf iced coffee. The lady rudely replied saying ?no?. I said ?you just said you had decaf?. The lady said ?it... doesn?t work like that only hot?. I said ?why can?t you just put it in ice?. She also messed up my bagel order and when Ifinished paying I turned around and the lady said ?is there a problem with your order? in a rude tone. I just went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. Ordered 4 drinks and a sausage egg muffin, there is no sausage in my... breakfast sandwich. Shouldn't have happened as the debit machine needed a reboot and had plenty of time. Also noticed that theyoung lady doing drinks for the drive thru didn't stir any drinks in the time I was sitting there, including the ones I ordered.It's been almost 2 decades since I worked at a tim Hortons and always stirred for anything with more then one sugar as itssupposed to be taught an trained. Nice staff. But the few times I?ve ordered coffee at this location it?s had a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup.
