This place used to be a pleasant and familiar to go. Today about 5 pm my husband and I went there, as usual, we saw garbage to... everywhere, and I asked for hot chocolate that was cold. The radio sound suddenly became deafening. The garbage bins inside andout were full. My husband asked to turn down the sound a little bit, but unrespectful it kept the same. My husband is elderlyand should be respected. Tim Hortons exists because of the customers. Please you have to retrain the staff to work on theweekends. Very disappointed. If you're open 24 hours, you should stock sufficiently. There was only a couple types of donuts. There wasn't... even enough stock to provide their sandwiches. The coffee was burnt tasting! This was all at 11pm at night. I will never stopat this place again! Read more
Terrible service. When I asked two times for a tray, they placed it on the counter beside my 3 coffees. It would have taken her... 30 seconds more to finish my order. She did not pay attention to my order either and only thought that I had ordered 2coffees. Be attentive to your customers order. Read more
Probably the worst Tim Hortons in the city. You wait minimum 10-15 minutes, if not more in the drive thru every single time. &... when you ask for extra butter on a bagel it always comes dry. Only reason I get stuck going here is because it?s right beside myhouse, and I hope each time I go it will be better, but it?s not. Maybe if they read their bad reviews this can help themimprove. Had to stop during our trip to Canada. Good coffee but disappointed on one visit when we ordered food only to be told a few... minutes later that they had thrown out the food and couldn't complete our order. They offered a refund, which we accepted, onlyto realize it was only a partial refund and they were going to give us our side orders. We explained we didn't want the sides toaccompany a non existent main dish. Still got charged for the drink since I had already taken a sip. Read more
