Moved to London about a month ago and got a gift certificate for this place. Very cozy layout (coming from an able-bodied... person). Seemed like a very community oriented/involved store. Very disappointing experience today. I try to support local business but today was ridiculous. My tea was very good but they... advertise "Lunch" and cannot provide it. When we went in they said they were "between chefs" and had only soup and scones. Weagreed to have soup and scones because we liked the atmosphere and went to sit and socialize while we waited 45 minutes forSOUP! My friend never did get her scone bc they sold it to someone else. Please just don't advertise "Lunch" if it'sunavailable. Read more
We had an amazing dream tea service here for two on a nice Saturday afternoon. Knowledgeable and incredibly friendly staff.... Beautiful china, yummy fresh scones and jam plus two delicious pots of tea. Will definitely come back for their mini afternoontea service! Read more

My mom and I just got back from the ?mini afternoon tea for two? service and WOW. This was our first time here and definitely... will not be the last! Everything was exceptional, from the service, to the tea selection and tea itself, to the incredible WFPBfood/desserts and the ambiance. Oh how do I start a review of this amazing place. I wish I came here sooner!! This is the best place to bring friends to have... some of the best tea! The owner and the staff of this shop is very friendly and knowledgeable about teas, this tea place made mefrom a puerh hater to a puerh enthusiast! I have nothing bad to say about this place.
