So wonderfully fresh and delicious! -1 star because they did not answer their phone at all, all morning while I was trying to... place and order for pick up. *Edit* I've now tried calling repeatedly on various days... no-one ever picks up. -2 stars No redcurry available for more than 3 weeks. Not sure what happened, this was my go to EVERYTIME I visit white oaks.. I order pad thai a little spicy, which is exactly what... I order. There were zero vegetables, zero tofu, very little taste and no spice. My husband ordered there because I did, he gotthe pad sew (#8) it was gummy and flavorless and beef was pretty much invisible. I'm sorry to leave this review as I LOVED ithere. Just hoping something can be done to rectify this if it can be. This was my fav place to eat. Read more

This company should get a ZERO STAR for this review but google makes me put a 1 star We came to this place for lunch, After the... food was made my wife added nuts and went to sit down with her food, they were still making my order of Pad Thai. When my foodfinished I added some nuts and a cockroach fell out from the container. I we asked for our money back, The guy told us that hesees cockroaches here everyday they are everywhere. He just acted like it was a normal thing for him. We contacted Thai Expresshead office and they said they were sorry and they would go to the store the next day and give us a call back. Since then thatday the head office never called us back, We tried to follow up a week later and they never called back when we left amessage. Unfortunately I didn't get the picture of the cockroach on my food, I wish I thought of that at the time but I wasjust shocked this actually happened and didn't think about it. Read more
