A much better location than their Hyde Park counterpart. The food was prepared with care and presented well... Honestly shut... down that Hyde Park location. I'll make the 30min drive when I have a craving for food that's terribly awful for me eveytime. Read more

Prices all went up, quality all went down. Went to this location because mine is under renovations. Cold food, soft taco shell... was hard/crunchy, wrong burrito , no fries and terrible service. Will take a break from Taco Bell Read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would . I ordered 2 beef burritos. It was cold & 95% was hard old tortilla with... little to no filling. I waited 25 mins in the drive thru ! I can’t believe I wasted my $$ 100% will not be returning . Whatreally bothers me is that someone rolled it that way and just thought it was ok to give to a customer SMH. What adisappointment. Straight up horrible experience. Not filling, barely edible, very overpriced and the staff were extremely rude and... clueless. Straight up butchered the beans. Put lettuce and sauce in CHEESE quesadilla. Did not know until this experience thatlimp burritos were a thing. A shame on even a derivation of mexican cuisine. Read more

Decent location when it comes to food preparation but they tend to make order mistakes quite often! Make sure you check your... order before leaving if your doing drive through/pick yp. Pobably not the best location to order delivery. Read more

placed a $45 food order lastnight to only recieve one combo that was cold and made incorrectly and severely lacking... toppings. when I called, I was told the other half is currently sitting on their counter and I can go retrieve it.. after paying$15 in fees and tips for delivery. due to the fact I was drinking, I was unable to drive to retrieve the rest of the order, anddue to the poor quality of the combo that made it, I just wanted a refund at this point. I was told my order would be refundedonly for the payment to process and no refund. so I paid $45 for a $8 combo that was cold and empty tacos. I've never had agood experience with this location but this was the final straw. I'll never be returning here and I genuinely hope corperateinvestigates the way this store operates. I've had an $80 mobile order never received , I was told I ordered to the wronglocation. when I provided the proof it was ro their location, they told me it would be about a 40 minute wait. it was 30+degrees outside and I had my dog in my car. had to pull their leg just to get a refund. I absolutely love taco bell, but I'llbe sticking to the orgional locations in East London that know how to operate a business. This wonderland location needs acomplete change in management and staff. corporate should be monitoring this more closely. Read more

There was 1 car at the drive thru window waiting for their order, a car behind that one. There was a car directly in front of me... waiting for their order to be taken. It took almost 10 minutes before their order was taken. My order was taken right when Ipulled up to the speaker but it was almost 20 minutes after that before I was able to pull up to the window to get my order. Theemployee never asked if I needed any condiments and no apology for the long wait. I managed fast food restaurants years ago andcan honestly say this was one of the worst service experiences I have had. Read more

9.5 out of 10 times I order from this place my order is messed up. I only go because I work close by. I never get what I ask... for. This time I asked for 2 of the DLT supreme tacos with rice instead of beef. That’s it. I was asked to repeat it a secondtime while in the drive thru. I did. I proceed to the window and am asked by the drive thru attendant that I ‘wanted beef dltright?’ I said no, rice and no beef. So that was a third time I specified. At that time I realized I’m being charged forsubstituting rice instead of beef an extra 2$ For both of the tacos. I asked about that and learned that this specific locationhas a different owner than the one I go to normally, and apparently there is no button to sub rice for beef… So instead of4.50 I paid somewhere near 6.50. (I wouldn’t know exact because I didn’t get a receipt) I open the tacos to see the ricesubbed in with only a baby amount of lettuce and cheese. I asked for the SUPREME TACOS. And also I’m talking, more taco thanfilling. There was more rice than lettuce. If I could post a picture I will because it’s pathetic. I’m just done going here.No one should ever go here. Go to a different Taco Bell in town. It’s worth the trip. Read more
