Worst experience I have had to date at Swiss chalet. Myself and a friend went for dinner tonight after 15 minutes of waiting to... be seated and several servers looking at us we were finally seated at a dirty table. Our waitress walked by us several timesbefore finally stopping to take our dinner order and we had not even ordered drinks yet. We asked our table be washed as the redjelly on the table was not enough of a giveaway that the table needed to be cleaned. We got our waters and that was the last ourwaitress came to our table. They were not busy maybe 10 15 people max and 3 servers. A lady by us ate her appetizer and waited20 minutes for someone to come to her table and when asked when her dinner may be ready they said some people have been waiting 35 minutes. We waited another 30 minutes the girls beside us paid their bill and the waitress just left the debit machine anddid not come back to them but was standing around. The couple behind us complained about the service and his partner withspecial needs having issues after waiting 10 minutes for dessert. Most guest were going and having to chase down the servers forbills. In total we were there 1 hour seen our server all of 2 minutes and only received water before walking out with no dinner.Having worked in the restaurant industry I could understand if the place was busy but the wait staff were just standing around.And we're very rude when people complained about the service. I have to say, Amy at this location might have been the most amazing waitress I have ever had yet to date. She was so incredibly... patient, & so sweet with our crazy 3 year old! She made dinner 1000x better than it already could?ve been, although she wasrunning around doing so many things at once?she never once neglected our table & ensured everything was going great! Can't rate it low enough. Took forever to get served. One meal came incorrect. Drink had no carbonation. Bill came incorrect.... Had to wait 15 minutes for manager to correct. Never did get the two boxes of chocolates with the meal. Waitress had to getanother waitress to show how to pay the bill. Just while we we there 11 people walked out. before being served. Read more

Update: Owner reached out to address the experience quickly and professionally. I am satisfied with the response and appreciate... the attention. He gathered enough information to serve as input for further staff training. ************************ It was adisappointing customer service experience. Ordered an hour ahead for pick up and arrived on time. Paid for the order and thenwas informed that ?your chicken wings will just be a couple minutes more?. Said that was fine and then they told us to wait in adifferent area of the restaurant and our food would be brought to us when ready. 20 minutes later, I went back to the pick updesk and the woman said ?your order is right here. Why didn?t you wait in the pick up area??. No apology, no explanation, nocoordination between management and staff. Most of the food was cold. I have tried their chicken strips, chicken Caesar salad and a quarter white and dark with their special sauce. I really enjoyed... their food and service, the servers over there treat us like a family member and the food they served are fresh and delicious.Moreover, they have a lot of dinning space, so if you are coming with family or with your friends you can really enjoy each andevery moments. This was our curbside pickup order. Classic Club wrap was completely charred and tasted awful, pot pie didn't even have a... complete crust and spilled everywhere. Restaurant is 2 mins away from our apartment and it's not like we set the bag on fire orwindmilled it all the way upstairs. Not the first time the food from this location has been an issue. The quality of the chicken was acceptable but nowhere near the level of tenderness it had in the 90s. It was immediately obvious... that the chicken had been sitting out for a while. The waitress managed to get the wrong order of both my chicken and fries anddid not seem perturbed about the mistake. The Shirley temple, once a vibrant red with a maraschino cherry and orange slice inits cheerful red-tinged cup, was instead served a pitiful pale pink in a dull beer glass, devoid of the iconic cherry and orangeslice.
