Went for dinner with the family and everything we tried to order we were told they didn?t have including Cesar salad, chocolate... milk, white milk and fudge cake for dessert. When the meal came the waitress forgot a lot - including cutlery and enough chaletsauce for every meal. It also seemed only one waitress was around for the majority of time we were there. Me and my family went to this Swiss Chalet on October 10th, 2022 (thanksgiving). First of all the customer service was very bad.... The owner was very rude and overall not friendly in any way. We waited around 1 hour and 45 mins for our food to come and so didother maybe even more. They had 1 waiter out and she had a lot of pressure on her shoulders. They gave use cold tea and coldcoffee at the end. They even brought a cheese cake that was a s hard as rock. They demanded a tip even thought a tip was notdeserved. The waiter did nothing wrong the owner used rude language and did not treat us with respect. She raised her voice whenwe were trying to communicate with her. Overall our night was not how we expected it to go and I do not recommend going to thisrestaurant at all. Read more

Using the Swiss Chalet app was great, easy to use and navigate to place the order. We ordered two large Chicken soup, 1/2 back... ribs 1/4 chicken meal and a chrispy chicken caesar salad. Everything was great except the quantity of chicken for the largesalad. They gave two chicken nuggets or very small chicken fingers. If I had know I would have liked an option to add more or atleast be told how many come with it, because it was a large salad. I was very pleased it came with two salad dressings. When it comes to this location i seem to have the most horrible luck. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and it just... never pays off. We ordered a family pack, chicken was good, fries are always cold and soggy. I recieved a ceaser salad as a sideand it was like someone threw it on the ground. My lettus was black on some parts brown on others. I ended up throwing it outjust because it didnt look appetizing or fresh. Read more
Very cozy and comfortable location with both table and booth seating to offer. Was attended by a very friendly and solicitous... mature waitress. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Popular spot for both lunch and dinner. Ideal for large groups but alsohas seating for couples and small groups. Service was quick and efficient. Read more
We enjoyed a family dinner here for 9 people on a weekend night. It wasn't too crowded and the service was friendly and fast.... All ages found something to like on the menu. The kids were delighted that the birthday cake dessert came with a tuft of candyfloss. The ambience was the only downside: a little too bright with too much visibility between guest groups. Read more
