I have never met any friendly person like the lady I met there. Nice, courteous and asked questions to understand what was best... for me. Even after the meal asked me if I enjoyed it ... oh wow I will come back again and again and yea I recommend because thetaste is very much different from other subways I have been to. Been a regular here for a while now. Just picked up my lunch today, and while buddy was making my sub, I watched him pull fresh... bread out of the oven, drop one on the ground, pick it up and brush it off, and then proceed to put it back with all the othersready to serve to a customer. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Very fast and friendly service. There was a bit of a mix up with the drink lid, as they didn't have the correct size, but they... ended up comping me by giving me a smaller drink and a bottled drink. Very good customer service here! Read more
I do not want this poor review to reflect poorly on the employees of this establishment, because they do a FANTASTIC job. ... However, I have been there once a week for quite some time, and every time there is only one employee working the dinner rush. You have to wait an incredibly long time for your food, simply because there is only one employee working. I feel so bad forthe employee's there, because they are literally running to try to keep up, which is unfair to them and the customer. Iinformed the manager/owner of the issue via email, with no response and no change to scheduling. If you are willing to wait andare willing to patronize an establishment that makes their employees work at an insane pace non stop, then this is the place foryou. Read more
For some reason this particular subway makes the subs with the least amount of toppings you have ever seen. Obviosuly the... franchisee owner pushes this as it's consistent regardless which employee is working. I'm all for not giving 8 lbs of toppingsaway, but I've gotten subs where you can only see a loaf of bread....just go to another and save yourself the very poor sub. I was the only customer in the store, 9pm ish on a Tuesday. The employee who took my order made a foot long when I asked for a... 6". I didn't realize til he'd started making it so I thought well that's alright then I guess I'll get a foot long, save somefor later maybe offer the other half to someone who looks or seems hungry. But the guy making my sandwich was in a differentdimension or on some other planet because I had to constantly repeat myself. I had to stop him from adding cucumbers that Ididn't ask for. Read more
